Legal Onion guarantees your satisfaction with our services and support.  If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will either correct the situation or provide a refund - your choice.

Guarantee Details

1. To request a refund, simply call us at (888) 876-6466 during our normal business hours (9am to 6pm pacific time). Unfortunately, we cannot refund money charged by the government, such as court charges, filing fees and taxes, or other third-party out-of-pocket costs incurred while preparing and filing your documents. Simply return all of the documents and material sent to you, and we will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt. All refund requests must be made within 60 days of purchase.
   
   
2. Please note that we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular procedure. For instance, if you are getting a divorce, we cannot guarantee that it will go your way, nor, for example, if the government rejects trademark applications for legal reasons beyond the scope of Legal Onion's service.  In some cases, your situation may turn into a court case, or government backlog may lead to a long delay before your process is complete.  Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee.
